Norway Rats are also called Sewer Rats and Wharf Rats. They are normally light in color (grey or brown), and bigger than the black rats in size. Also known as packrat, a woodrat has a bushy tail. The average weight of a male woodrat and feel woodrat is 405 g and 270 g respectively. They are generally large as compared to other types of rates. They are mostly found in hot and dry areas but some may also live in relatively colder areas as well. They are not as common in Lower Mainland as Black or Norway rats though.
